SHIPPING POLICY
CURRENTLY, SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES & CANADA.
U.S. shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Canada shipping takes approximately 10-21 business days.
Shipping does not include processing time, which takes approximately 2-5 business days.
*Business days are considered Monday – Friday (weekends are not included).
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is operating as normal. However, some locations are experiencing delays up to 1-3 business days.
Incorrect Mailing Addresses Provided at Checkout:
If your package is shipped back to us due to an insufficient/incorrect mailing address that was provided at checkout, you will be responsible for an additional shipping fee for reshipment of the item(s).
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Products:
Pure-Ology is not responsible/liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages/items during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS must be contacted for such issue once the item(s) have been shipped.
Please contact USPS to File a Claim in the event that your items are lost, stolen or damaged.
Tracking Updates:
Once items have shipped, you will be provided with a Tracking Number via the email provided at checkout. If your Tracking Number has not been updated for an extended amount of days, please the carrier directly for further updates.
RETURN POLICY
We Do Not Offer Refunds, Exchanges, Order Cancelations or Returns.
As we are a very small family-owned business, we are unable to manage refunds, exchanges, cancellations, etc. Therefore, once the Checkout process has been completed, you agree to our no refund/cancellation policy.
**All Sales are Final Sale - No Exceptions**
Please ensure that you order the correct items, as well as the correct sizes for all clothing items according to the recommendations provided. Please read all product descriptions carefully, prior to making purchases.
If for any reason you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email within 24-hrs. of receiving your package. Please include your name, telephone number, order number, and photos or video of the product received. We promise to respond in an expeditious manner, and handle the issue immediately.
